One on One Consultations

The JCDA, with support from the City of Johnson City, will be providing two hour consultations to small business owners in three areas: social media, ecommerce and website development. The goal is to help you increase your sales by offering ways to reach your customers and engage with them. These one on ones will be done by professionals in each category and on a schedule that works with yours. To apply, click here.

Restaurant Recovery

This virtual course is for employees, owners and operators of restaurants and food service businesses to provide the tools and resources to adjust your business model in response to the global pandemic and your customer’s changing needs and expectations. Learn how to think strategically and define the values that will guide you safely through this unique season for the food and beverage industry. This program is provided by a partnership with SyncSpace and Northeast TN Community College and led by PROOF. Typically it costs $1,500 to participate but is free through the partnership.
